what is ebay trying to achieve?

i'm trying to sell something on ebay and they keep suspending my account because i have 2 ebay accounts after going through hours of phone calls and giving some information and a part of my ssn i got unsuspended after that my account got suspended again for the same reason which was supposed to be solved i called and the guy told me i'm going to have to give some information again and they told me they may ask to ask me for a part my my ssn, what happens if i get suspended a 3rd time and they ask for the my last part of my ssn.
after the last 3rd part wouldn't they have my whole ssn and eviscerate me orally
