Curious about web personalization...?

Several years ago, i found a screenshot of a persons web browser with aeris from vg cats lying on top of the window/web browser.
I've seen several different kinds of it around but now i forgot what its called and where i could find it.

What it is its basically that paper clip, but cuter and practically a web pet that shows up when you open a web browser.
Edit: I mean its not a background or theme of any sort, its as i said, its like the paper clip with eyes that everyone jokingly hates.

And i found it i guess.
