How do I find my Facebook email they assigned to me?

I have never been able to find the email that Facebook assigns to you...so I tried to delete it, because I am having major password problems, and it would delete...now I am curious, what exactly is in those emails...but I have not idea where to find it????

Go to your facebook profile>contact information>emails. In emails section you can find your facebook email assigned to you. If any one sends a message to that email it can be seen in message section.
