open google and search for "download free ad blocker for browser" install it and it will automatically block ad.

AdBlockPlus works great but you can also block trackers that send ads to other places such as your email, using add-ons (to Firefox) like Ghostery and HistoryBlock. Download Firefox, then click on "Tools", then Add-ons and do a search for things like ad blockers and anti-tracking. Many add-ons overlap so look at the user reviews.
