Is it a one time payment, or yearly?
Seems a lot, unless it generates more than enough sales to warrant it.

Getting listed in yahoo's directory will definitely improve your search engine rankings so if you're not making much money already it's not worth it, if you don't get much search traffic it's not worth it either.

It's $299 annual fee to be listed in the directory.
To determine whether or not it's worth the yearly fee you'll need to look at your goal, your competition, and your analytics.

Do you get significant traffic from Yahoo?
When you do a local search does the Yahoo directory return at all? If so, what listings return? If your competition is listed it may be reasonable to put your completed listing next to theirs. If they aren't and you're not getting much traffic from Yahoo entities it may be better to invest that money elsewhere.

I haven't seen many results from Yahoo directory in several years, though it really does depend on your vertical, industry, goals, and competition.

You can try free Yahoo basic listing. If you see good results you can pay for enhanced listing.
