Have you got a firewall, and is it configured to let your browsers access the internet?

You need to check your internet settings.

Open your IE.
Go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > CONNECTION SETTINGS > LAN SETTINGS

Make sure only Automatically detect setting is checked.

The other all settings must be uncheked.

Then Save the settings and try it.

Hope this will fix the issue.

Here's a solution you can try.

1) Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd --> Then "CMD" will be displayed in

the search --> Right-click on "CMD" ---> Select "Run as administrator".

2) Now enter this command

netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

Press "Enter".

3) Reboot your computer

I think it should work.
