Problem in 3G internet.?

When I newly install windows 7 ultimate in my desktop computer, 3G internet works properly, but after restart the system, internet connection become connected successfully but it does not work. It can't open any site, even not to google too. There is no problem in network. Whereas the same internet can be connected and can open all sited in my laptop. I use 3G internet of Idea and Tata Docomo. Is there any solution for this problem? Please help.
