What does emotional problems mean?

My friend on twitter has been having Emotional problems and she is a teen. me and her is friends on twitter I'm 13.. So how can i help my friend with her emotion problems? does that mean that it is that time of the month for her?

Emotional means it's affecting her by bring out her emotions making her either sad, upset, angry, happy, etc. You can talk to her, have her vent it to you, give her advice or just be there to give her positive thoughts such as "it'll get better" and "everything will turn out okay". Be there for her, and take her out for the night, give her a fun time to get her mind off of her problems that are stressing her out.

it depends on what she means by that if she is always talking about it then let her vent but it you try to let her vent and it just isn't working then give her some time she will come around!

not necessarily. you could try to talk to her if shes ok with telling you what's wrong. other than that just try to be there for her if you can
