How do you get in twitter jail?

From what I know, it's what you get when you tweet 100 times in an hour, or 1000 tweets in one day. Basically twitter revokes your tweeting privileges for a few hours, though the times vary. Newer twitter members often get put in " twitter jail " by over-tweeting, in an attempt to get their tweet number higher. Hope I helped!
