How do you turn off Safe mode on Tumblr?

I'm new to Tumblr, but from reading the faq and what not there's suppose to be an option to enable or disable something called "Safe Mode", to either show or hide things from NSFW blogs on searches and the like.
Everything I can find showing how to do this is from 2013, saying it's in the Dashboard, but there's nothing there. The option they talk about no longer exists. Was it moved, or does it not exist anymore? :/

I was trying to figure this out for awhile too, since Tumblr made this topic increasingly frustrating.
Go ahead and search in the tags for anything, a NSFW tag if you'd like. On the right hand side somewhere you'll see a little padlock icon. Click that so it's unlocked. There you have it! NSFWs all over the place ;D
