Can The Samsung Galaxy Appeal Recieve and send pictures with out a date plan?

I am wanting a new phone Thatt has a qwerty keyboard but i want one that will be able send pictures and recieve pictures withought inter or data packages.!! thanks you.!<3

Hi Sarah,

Great question and lucky for you the answer is YES!

The Appeal can definitely send and receive pictures, even without a data plan. But how?

1. Connect the Appeal through wifi. You can send and receive pics via Whatsapp, Email, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

2. Do you have a text msg plan? You can send a pic through txt msg (it doesn't require data but it does require a txt msg plan, which is essentially data but only for txt msgs).

I just have to warn you about the Appeal however,
1. Operating System will probably not be upgraded. Which means this phone is already 2 steps behind.
2. Camera is not that great, which means the pictures you send may not be that great.
3. Keyboard is not that great.

Despite that, it does what any other smartphone does. Checks email, sends texts, makes call, takes pictures, downloads apps, plays movies and music. Voila!
