well depend if you going post any pictures on your timeline wall yes your friends can able view it ,but if the picture on public everyone can able review it and see it on the homepage and include on your timeline wall. but if you are talking about tagging on one of your facebook timeline post her or his friends can able see it dpend if their profiles are turn to public or private .
