What is the minimum amount paid for CPC/CPM on Google AdSense?

I know there's no minimum amount for a click or 1000 impressions, everything is upto the Ad Publisher. But, I want to know if you ever used AdSense, what was the minimum amount YOU received for A SINGLE Click? Also, share (if you can) What was your highest Profit, I mean High amount you received for just few clicks? How much amount in how many number of clicks. And what is the average amount you receive per click? Thanks!

firstly the lowest cpc i have got: was 5 cents
and the highest one was $100 <- for a single click
