How do I post somebody else's items on eBay?

Okay so I have a job on eBay posting this other guys photos information about the product he said he will provide me with the photos and the infomation and all I have to do is advertise them on eBay and any questions the buyer has I have to refer them too him so do I just post items as if I'm selling them ??

The first question I would ask is - why is he not doing this himself? If something were to go wrong, who is the fall guy - you or him? I would be very wary!

This is a scam. Do not list this other persons items. Either they are stolen items he is getting you to sell using your good name (and the police wont listen to you saying oh I'm just doing this job for this guy) or he has no items at all. He'll get you to sell them and receive the money which he will need sent to him via Western Union and hell never send the buyers anything. They will complain to eBay and PayPal and the money will be taken back off you and returned to the buyer. Too bad if this overdraws your account, and you sure won't be getting it back from the guy who you were selling for, he will have disappeared with the money leaving you with bad eBay history and money owing. Don't do it.

Don't be so foolish as to sell items for someone through your account; there's a good reason he's not doing it himself! He's obviously doing something illegal and has either been banned or prevented from selling them himself. You are the one that will be the scapegoat; it's you that will have your account suspended (and your address blackened on eBay for the future) and you that will be reported to the fraud commission. Don't even think about it.
