IP banned from gamefaqs for no reason?

This Is The message I got:

I don't understand this because of the fact that I have never made a GameFAQs account before, nor posted, No one else has the same IP Address, I checked this myself.

then someone has gotten online with your internet connection and used your email address. I would run my anti-virus program and do the rootkit part also. make sure your internet connection is secure and use a password for it. other than that does it matter if you are ban from the place cause you aren't even a member.
