does anyone have a problem with poor connection on three Uk?

my three network is so slow, I can't even stream a video on youtube. I had received couple of messages ago saying that three would be upgrading its services on 10th, but until now I still have problems with internet. is this happening to all three holders or I should make a complaint to three?

Between the 11th and 12th of November three are making changes to their internet services something about 4G I know people will say the update was yesterday but it said till 7pm tonight so it might be taking longer for you just turn it off then back on and try and see if its any better.

You should have had a text from three warning you that certain services may be affected between certain dates, there upgrading there 3G network and rolling out super fast 4G soon
