Does amazon give any repercussion to the sellers?
I've order a phone on amazon on the 21st of Oct costing me nearly $300. I purchased the product from someone that is in the same state as me. I've been tracking it on USPS Tracker everyday since the day I've ordered it and it hasn't moved one bit, It doesn't give me a location where my package is at. All it says is that "Electronic shipping info received" and dated on the 23rd. I've called USPS and Amazon about this. USPS says that the shipper has not possibly brought the package to one of their offices. Amazon filed a claim for me and told me that the date its due to be arrived hasn't passed yet and I should wait, I agreed but it doesn't make since why the seller is taking so long to just ship the package, espically since it was Priority mail 2-Day and has a $100 insurance on it. Both me and amazon attempted to contacted the seller but they never responded. And its really bothering me because I've been phoneless for almost a month now and the date that the package would deem to be late is in another 2 weeks. Does amazon have some sort of consequence for something like this?

First you need to calm down. The USPS site is MANY times worthless in tracking a package and so is the post office. Many times I have tried to track a package that supposedly hasn't left shipping yet and it is on my front porch a few hours later.

They are going to do NOTHING until that due date has come and gone at Amazon.

It's strange that your seller don't respond to Amazon. What if he got killed?

Amazon DOES have scheme to punish sellers, including suspension/banning... but it has to show a pattern of poor customer service in a short time. You might be the only one receiving bad service from your guy right now, so that part is difficult to call. While I can appreciate your phoneless situation, you will be made whole by Amazon soon enough. Unfortunately, you have to let all of these time periods expire.
