What kind of phone?!?!?

Ok well im looking for an AT&T phone that has an app store. It has to have the app Instagram. I have an iPod touch 4 and that app is in the apple app store. I might get a new phone but idk which one. I dont really want an iPhone though. Do you know of any phones that have an app store with the app instagram???? Does the HTC have it??? Or the samsung infuse 4?? I really want the samsung infuse 4 but i wanna know if it has instagram since it has the android app store.

If the HTC doesn't have it the Samsung won't have it because they have the same appstores. Go with the HTC Inspire, Samsung Infuse, or the Samsung Captivate. It would be pretty stupid to choose a phone over another because of a stupid app. And it would be pretty stupid to buy an iPhone when you've already got an iTouch 4th gen. Just get one of the phones I listed up there, one app isn't a big deal =)
