You wont get your own domain name for free, otherwise you will have to use some name combined with those free sites (and they usually put their own ads on your site, and I personally would never do business with a website that is a free domain name link, it look cheap and "not serious" to me).

You can have a free website in blogger.com or weebly or wix. But the domain used will look like a sub domain.
