I'm more concerned about the introduction to it as I want it to be formal but appeal to all ages.

it looks unprofessional... what is the 'company' offering?
this kind of site is way outdated, try a cms like wordpress instead. if you make movies, make one that plays when someone visits your site that shows your capabilities...
