Female protestor kissing Riot police, would you consider this a form of...?
Everyone, the Italian police union called it "Sexual assault".

Or is it??

Anyways, it seemed that Nina was so overcome by emotions during the protest she smooched a riot police officer (evidently the officer wasn't not a bad looking guy). lol

Here is the article:

Italian Nina De Chiffre kissed a police officer last month during a protest of a high speed rail line in Turin. It made for a pretty incredible photo. It was also, according to the police officer, sexual assault. Turns out, De Chiffre didn't see her kiss as an act of peace or reconciliation either. She kissed the officer out of protest ..."licked her fingers and tried to press them to the officer's mouth before she was pushed away."

the police union argues: "Franco Maccari, the union’s general secretary told La Repubblica: “We have accused the protester of sexual violence and insulting a public official. “If the policeman had kissed her, World War III would have broken out,” he said. “Or what if I had patted her on the behind? She would have been outraged. So if she does that to a man on duty, should it be tolerated?”, he added.

It could be a biological attack depending on what kind of diseases she has.

How did she kiss him under his visor? It looks like she's stroking his lips with her finger, don't know how she'd fit her head in there. She's lucky she didn't get her skull bashed in, you can't touch police officers. It's pretty much instant aggravated battery.

This should be seen as an act of lust and an attempt to gain understanding of another human being. Most sexual harassment suits filed by women are simply a misunderstanding of this dynamic.

It should not be tolerated that anyone be treated the way the officer was, and in all honesty it is the highest level of intended assault with bodily fluids, and goes against the national board of health code, worldwide. She violated the whole regime by interfering, too, and invaded his personal space and privacy, going against his Civil Right, as an equal human being deserving this right, and by all rights I would charge her for it, because it's gross, and she chose to do it that way, so she gets back what she gives in being locked up for it, but at least she will be treated more humanely than what she had plans for him, if he hadn't pushed her away, and good for him that he did, and I'm sure he is quite disgusted at the thought of what she did, as well as anyone who seen and heard this. Not the type of woman that you want walking the streets, and doing the same thing anytime she pleases.

Sexual. Harassment and Rape Laws, which encompass every thing and any thing "deem inappropriate", in practise, only apply and taken serious when women are the supposed victims.
