Facebook poke notification glitch please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have an outstanding poke notification on my Facebook. It doesn't matter how many times i exit out of it or even poke back it wont go away. it always appears when i reload the page. it really bothers me so please help me if you know what i can do to fix this. Thanks

Try clearing your Cookies.
Or Use a DIfferent Internet browser
