skype working but not my internet browser?

It was working earlier but when I got home from work after a few hours, it wasnt. Skype is working which means I have internet access but not on my browser. Google chrome and Firefox have no access. Even when I connect my phone to my wifi, it is connected but no access as well. What is happening? Is this from my internet provider's problem?

Skype uses Internet Explorer. See if when you use Internet Explorer by itself without going to Skype if it works. If it does your problem may be with Firefox and Chrome which you may be able to fix by deleting and then downloading new versions using Internet Explorer.
