Help with amazon order?

How do i know if i have to pick up? It said that it was on transit to pick up location and now it says it has arrived to carrier location? It was sent through fedex and also it said it was supposed to be here on the 18 but i wasnt home so idk what happened.

if you chose to deliver to a business or collection point, then you should be notified that your package is ready to be picked up.

if you are getting it delivered to your home address, if you missed it they should have left a card or something to say they missed you and will try to redeliver or for you to go and collect it.

the update most likely means it's gotten to the courier, who will deliver it to you, usually the status should be updated (if you have a tracking number) to 'on delivery' or something simularly worded.
