What type of template is used on social websites like facebook and twitter?
I am creating a social website and I would like to ask what type of template is used for the home screen for the login home page on sites like facebook and twitter.

They design their own templates. They aren't a "type".

These sites are developed by professionals who don't bother with "templates": they leave that to hopefuls, like you, who want to make a successful website...
and NEVER will.
You don't have the skills, nor the funding to reach any kind of "success".

No social network based on template(s) or free script(s) has ever worked.
