How to start a successful singing YouTube channel?
I'm a girl and I love to sing. A lot of my friends say I'm a good singer and I want to make it my job, so I divided I should start a YouTube channel like Justin Bieber( I don't like him though sorry), Austin Mahon( love him), and Many more. I play guitar and I'm 13. Do I have to by any equipment? Step by step please. Thanks! :-)

"Firstly" you definitely need music equipment such as pianos (if you can play them), microphones, speakers etc.
If you don't want to buy the equipment and can afford to record in a professional studio then it's your choice but most people who start their singing careers invest in buying their own music equipment and setting it up in their garage or rooms. It would cost you about $2000-$3000 to buy these music equipment. $2000-$3000 may seem a lot of money for you as you are only 13 but in the end if you become know, it will definitely be worth it.

"Secondly" When you now have your music equipment you can start off by recording your songs and getting feedback from your friends and relatives. They will act as your own music producers giving you advice on whether it's good or not or missing something. My advise to you is always be ready to accept criticism because that's the only way you will become a better singer, trust me!

"Thirdly" If you get positive feedback and have clarified problems after recording your first draft then it's time to upload it to youtube. Ensure that you enter the right tags which suit your music in the Youtube description because this will play important role in ensuring whether you will get views for your video and get the right viewers to watch it. This is really important.

"Lastly" Try to get as much people to visit your youtube page as possible. I suggest you creating a personal facebook page and sending links to each of your friends so they cold listen to your music. You could use the saying "tell a friend to tell a friend" which means when you send your youtube link to them, ask them to send it to their friends. If you have about 100 fans, you can think about creating your own music fan page on facebook.

I really hope this helped you and I would love to listen to your music...
Send me a link to kerwinmmg @ gmail . com
I will be your biggest fan!

So you decided you wanted to start a YouTube Channel to post music videos of you singing, and you're wondering what equipment you need to buy? Okay.

Depending on what Guitar you have, if you have one that is, you would need; a good Microphone to record your voice and the guitar, you'd also need a stand for that microphone, and something to visually record you(either a camcorder or a webcam) with a remote to start and stop recording. Some additional recommended items; video editor software, and maybe audio editing software.
