is there a way to delete pages on facebook?

Okay, I want to delete all the pages that I've "liked" on facebook over the years, there are over a thousand! Is there some way to unlike everything at once?! Plus you know in your profile, there are little tabs that say Wall, Photos, Info, Boxes? in the boxes tab can I delete all the quizes I've taken and stuff like that??

I really need to do this, and rather fast, please help me!

You have to unlike every page 1 by 1.
You can delete the quiz application instead...check your application settings and delete all the applications you don't need anymore.
