There is someon'es name I would like to use as a keyword, I don't personally know him but they are related to the content.

Names are just names and not copyright protected unless there is also something deceptive -

ie: MadonnaClothing.com is not a copyright infringement on Madonna, the singer, but if you also use her face on your website as if it's her website and clothing, then you can be sued by her.
