How to get started in the music industry and start my own record label? Please Help?

I was wondering what is the right way to get started to making music? Im planning on going to college over in Arizona sometime next year its called CRAS and I want my degree in recording engineering and try and get involved that way. But I want to also become a rapper and no Im not talking about becoming a rapper like today no. Music is horrible today and Im real about it and I want to change music back to how it was or in a different way because society today is messed up and Im ashamed to be apart of it Im 18 btw. Im already making my own studio its not a at home one neither like how kids today be thinking theyre all cool because they are making really stupid music. Im legit about what Im going to do but Im stuck on how to. Get really involved into I want to be a really well known name in the music industry and I also would like to start my own record label before I reach the age of 25. Im thinking about going to business/marketing school for it. And also thinking about going to film production school so I can always have my foot in the door for music. Does that sound like a good plan? If youre a recording engineer or are in the music industry csn you give me some advice? Ive been waiting to do this since I was 8 years old and Im legit about everything Im going to do and not some dumb person like those kids on youtube and facebook posting videos of themselfes rapping no thats not me at all. Im looking to change music and put a positive meaning behind everything I say so music wont be so f'd up no more. Thanks for your time
