Please help: how to change 9gag profile picture?

I can't seem to change my current profile picture on 9gag. I am logged in through my Facebook account but somehow it shows a picture of an cat. I tried logging in and out, of changing my account settings but nothing works. I just want to use a picture of myself and not a picture of some cat.

I there anyone who can help me with this terribly annoying problem? Thank you so much!
What do you mean with click on me, because you can't really click on it. It's just weird that i am logged in through Facebook and all of the sudden my profiel picture if a cat.

You go to 'me' left from upload button,'settings','profile',under 'avatar' you chose file and at bottom of page 'save changes'
