Need some help with facebook advertising?

Hi i got a $100 facebook advertising coupon and am just now going through the listing process and its giving me an option to either

Pay for Impressions (CPM)
Max Bid (USD).How much are you willing to pay per 1000 impressions? (min 0.10 USD)

Pay for Clicks (CPC)
Max Bid (USD).How much are you willing to pay per click? (min 0.01 USD)

I just want my add to show up on facebook with a link to my site so whats the best one to choose can someone explain it to me?

Neither really because the dating websites always get first dibs on facebook and I really do doubt people click on links on any website.

only people who don't use firefox ever see your ads anyway. nowdays there are so many spam ads that no one wants to look at any websites ads especially since a good majority of the ads contain spyware and worse.
