How to get my ebay channel undisabled?

I called ebay today and I cant get my channel undisabled cause they say that I ordered allot of stuff and canceled them all. I never did that. I think someone hacked into my account.

Honestly if someone hacked your account, getting back on eBay is one of the last things I would be worried about. You have larger concerns with regards to your computer and all accounts you access with it.

The first thing you need to do is scan your computer for viruses as well as spyware / malware. Next is to change passwords on everything, and I mean everything. The computer hacking issue is an entire topic itself, and you need help there - please place a separate post for assistance that includes the operating system (such as Windows XP / Vista / 7 or 8) and what Internet browser you use. There are free Malware removal programs available... I use Malwarebytes free.

Now back to eBay. You are going to be out of luck there for a while. They shut you down due to buyer issues as well as possible hacked account issues. DO NOT just make another account. eBay will discover it. After all, you also have a PayPal account and you have your address on record, and they are smart enough to discover that you are simply back on with a new user ID. Let time pass, and contact eBay at a later date, In the mean time, if you want to make a purchase, have a friend do it for you on their computer.
