can someone track you down with an email?

so i was chatting to someone on omegle, and i actually found a person who seemed really nice to chat and talk with. i have made a fake email before for this purpose, so i can chat with people and not have them find out anything personal about me. i have NO other emails, phone numbers, facebook, or any other social network site associated with my fake email, but could they still find a way to track me down? i dont give anyone any personal info (not even my real name or the real state i live in) just in case they are some weird pedo pretending to be someone my age. all i really want is to have a conversation with people who dont know anything about me, so wont have a biased answer towards everything. I have a few peoples emails that i got from them, and am still deciding if i want to take the leap to email them. one person gave me his name, so when looking him up on facebook, he seemed to match everything he described himself as, the account was made a few years before, and he had lots of pictures, family and friends on his facebook (in other words, im sure he is who he says he is). what my question is:
can they track anything about me using a simple fake email that is not associated with anything?even something as simple as my general location?

i will not under any circumstance give my picture, share my location (besides my country), any other social media, my real name, or any other personal info. just looking to chat with people around my age without them actually knowing who i am

An experienced hacker can get your IP and find your location within a matter of yards yes but with that being said it is an EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY times consuming hard labouring process that even the FBI only uses in high stakes (you know what) porn if they really want to arrest someone. So unless you REALLY pissed somone off in the white house I dont think you ahve anything to worrie about.
I have been giving keyboard warriors my address for years now and noone has ever shown up to my door. Ofcourse you should never ever ever ever do this exspecially if you are a 16 y/o girl. I however am a fairly fit 6'2'' 250lbs 24 y/o male and am very capible of whoopin some ass also I have a gun lol

You have nothing to worry about. If they some how got your IP address it will only lead them to the ISP. In order to know the IP address users info, a warrant is needed. You seem to be taking the right precautions and should be completely safe as long as you always stick to them.
