O2 to Sky broadband transfer help?

Since our internet crossed over from O2 to Sky it has been ridiculously slow. YouTube videos freeze every 10 seconds & to get it to play those 10 seconds you have to wait 2 minutes. What on earth is the problem? O2' broadband was great whilst Sky' is just awful. How can I fix it?

I also changed from 02 to Sky and I don't have a problem as such, the only videos on YouTube that freezes on mine is the ones with Vevo written on them.
They freeze for about 5 seconds and start about 5 seconds later.
I think it's the video though and not Sky.

You could always give Sky a ring and see if it is a problem on their side.
