Can you leave feedback second time on the same item.?

I want to refund money back to one of my eBay customers. The buyer left me a negative feedback. The buyer said that ones i refund the money then the buyer will remove negative feedback. I want the buyer to remove the negative feedback first before i refund the money. Ones the buyer removes the bad feedback and i refund the money can that person put another feedback again second time.

I think both you and the buyer are dangerously close to violating the ebay feedback extortion policy. Read the following carefully:

If a case isn't already open on this, you should request the buyer open a dispute case. Once the case is open, you should request that your item be mailed back if you don't already have it, refund the buyer, and then send a request that the buyer revise their feedback, in that order.

If they don't, then you can request that ebay revise it based on the messages sent back and forth and the fact that you issued the refund.
