Cheapest way to get internet/internet provider?

I currently have comcast high speed internet which works great but is too expensive. We stream a lot of movies online specially from netflix and also watch a lot of kdramas on dramafever and viki. I heard Clear is good but not so much for streaming media. Is there any cheaper way to get internet? Should I switch internet providers? Note that at home we use the internet for four smartphones, a desktop, a tablet and a laptop so a limited broadband or gb will not be enough. Advice please!!
