I have Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Internet Explorer 8?
The site I was on indicated my browser does not support the video tag. Is there an upgrade that would be compatible with the Windows XP? Thank you.

Use Firefox or Google Chrome instead. IE is pretty bad... I mean very bad decision to use

Not to IE, there isn't. Then again, XP is dead next month, so you'll presumably have found some other solution by then.
