Uploading files to the internet problem?
So when I try to upload files to file storage websites, or when I upload things to convert files, the progress bar and the numbers shown are unrealistically large like 10000kb/s. And, when I try to use some websites to upload, the progress bar goes from -1% to like -1000% and never stops and goes faster and faster. And when the upload is done for conversion, it took like 4 hours for it and it wasn't even finished. Then I try resetting my internet settings, and it solves everything. BUT it solves it temporarily, after like a certain amount of time, the error comes back again and I have to reset the inernet settings again. Why is this happening?!?!

Sounds like your browser is picking up a virus in the form of a cookie. If your not using mozilla firefox, you should try it. It has the option to disable tracking cookies. This can be access under edit--preferences--privacy tab--tell sites i don't want to be tracked. Also you might want to select the option to never remember history under the location listed above. Finally, I recommend installing the adblock plus add-on for firefox in case the virus is some kind of adware.
