why won't my email populate? I am starting to get very tired of this!?

When I go to compose a email the address block will not populate, I have to close, look up the address and put it in by hand, this is becoming a real pain. Other email providers do not have to do this. I hate to change email address but it will be necessary if this continues. Help!

You failed to mention the email service you are using, no one can help without more details, there are probably better sections for you to post this question, Computers & Internet >Internet > Google if your talking about gmail.
