It's just a twist on the same bit of marketing. They have used this imaginary site run by meerkats, pretending that they were having trouble becasue of confusion between the sites. Nowe they have switched it round, with a fictional boss of the other site (who happens to dress like the meerkat) being told about the meerkat site and possible confusion. I suspect they will go on to bring the two characters (human and meerkat) together in one ad. Face it, the one they have ALWAYS wanted you to use is comparethemarket.com. Comparethemeerkat is just a joke (though the site does exist).
