Can I remove the speed limit of my internet?
I have a 900UL BSNL internet.Upto downloading 8gb I am getting the speed around 250KB/s.But after finishing 8GB the download speed decreases to 50KB/s.I know that it is the speed limit given by ISP. I am wondering that if i could remove that limit and download always in the speed of 250KB/s.I tried decreasing 'Limit reservable bandwidth' to '0'.But that didn't show result. Is there any way to remove the speed limit and enjoy the 250KB/s speed?(sorry for my bad English)
