How to make my Website to appear in Search Engines?

I have Created a Website ( http://www.GadgetArena.In ) I wonder why that my site is Not so Friendly on Search Engines!
I've all the maintained all SITEMAP, also i've Seo Friendly Title and Meta tags.... But still its not Appearing.... Everyone is posting After what i posted, but they are appearing on search engines Like Google... But my site is Not Appearing.... Please Guy's Help you........ I don't why......

1. make sure that your site is crawled by Google bots.
2. Check if your website is cached or not, if not then get it cached
3. Check the content of your site - content should not be duplicate and user friendly
4. Share your website in Social Media, this will get traffic to your website.
