Facebook not loading on my computer.?

Facebook is my home page on IE and when I open IE, it shows a white screen that keeps loading. I don't even get an error message after it was loading for so long. The same thing happens on chrome too. It works on my phone and every other computer in the house but not mine. I turned off my firewall and deleted my browsing history and it didn't work. What can I do to get Facebook back.
I said I also used chrome.

-Connect to the network that does not load properly.
-Open a command prompt (start, run, cmd, press enter)
-type "ping http://www.facebook.com" (without quotes) and press enter
-make a note of the IP address that it tries to ping, if any at all
-type "ipconfig /all" (again without quotes), note the IP address(es) of the DNS servers

Repeat the process when connected to the network that works.
