My website not cached from last one month in google. I can't understand what's the reason.?

2. You're not building any backlinks
3. You got banned from Google

There might be various reasons for this. for eg.
=> your website might be not update with any new content from last one month.
or
=> your website might get penalty by google, so it might be deindexed your website pages.
or
=> there might be some other issue.

Check your site robots.txt files, nofollow or no index in your site, webmaster tools check crawl state and crawl error
