The sound that plays off my internet browser is not working?

I use google chrome, and any sound that plays off it, whether its youtube, pandora, anything does not work. Anything that I download or dvds I put in my laptop will play their sound just fine. The only problem I have is with in browser things. Does anyone know what my problem might be and how I might fix it?

Have you not muted Chrome in the windows sound mixer?
What about any extensions that might have muted chrome?
Latest version of Chrome?

Also, try uninstalling Flash Player & re-installing. (I know it makes no sense as Chrome has a built in Flash Player, but try, it does work sometimes)
