You can't be in trouble if it was consensual. If anything, you could report him to facebook and he might get his account deleted because he is actually harassing you. If he does report you to the cops, they'll probably laugh at him. If I was you, I'd report him for harassment to facebook and see what happens. Either way, I would give up on the girl, sorry.

Don't worry... this person or does not report against you... he just wants to harass u so ..
u r not doing any thing wrong. so dont wory ant try to ignore him... which is best for u..
