Need help witg Ebay please?

So i ordered a jumper a few days ago on ebay and i thought i had payed and done everything correctly as it said it was estimated to be delivered monday.
However i got an email from the seller saying 'we cannot ship the item to you unless you have paid' but i thought i had.
Anyway so i did it again ordered one proparly and it said its due to come thursday
Have i just ordered 2 by mistake or did i never pay for the first one?

ebay is very simple
your PURCHASE HISTORY list the items you WON.
it has an ICON the POUND SIGN that states whether or not you have PAID.

sellers often use AUTOMATED emails that ASK you to PAY without being able to check the PAYMENT STATUS

if you have the PAID Pound icon, then you should not be paying again.

if for any reason you defer payment, you can start the payment process again, against the item in the Purchase history list by using its drop down menu on the right to PAY NOW.

Payement Processing can be held up by PAYPAL for simple reasons, like your VISA has expired, or your bank account balance is low, or the seller's paypal has a temporary fault(perhaps reached a weekly/monthly limit). Most of these are automatically updated.


so now you will probably have a PURCHASE HISTORY THAT SHOWS TWO ITEMS bought.

use your PURCHASE HISTORY LIST to find out.
