Is my Web traffic able to be detected after the fact using 4g?

I connected my personal cello phone to a work cell phone by activating the work cells 4G connection. The work phone does not have wifi only 4G. I then made a few Google searches using my personal phone and downloaded a pic from one of the Google searches to my ordinal phone. Is my employer able to see what I searched or downloaded using my personal phone over the 4G network?

Of course they can. You do realise most companies have a policy of instant dismissal for theft of service and for misuse of service and give references which may prevent you EVER getting a job anywhere near computers or phones ever again.
