Why isn't u-verse available in my home?
I live in a condo complex my neighbors and I live right next to eachother, we share the same wall. Why is uverse TV available to them but not to my home?
I already have u-verse internet but that's the only service available. Why is that?

Could be you are too far from the VRAD/DSLAM. Could also be an error. Their database is filled with errors about where service is and is not available.
