I am planning to make an online advertising site and i was wondering what could be the steps? what things or tools do i need? is there any services like this providing reseller account? i hope to get a reply soon. Also can anyone tell me where i get a shared ssl cert reseller? i mean hostgator provides free shared ssl so is there anyway i can do that?
Ok you suggested wordpress but which plugins in wordpress? i may not be an expert but i can understand and make changes in code. secondly where can i get an shared ssl reseller?

payperpost is a WordPress site. So if you are easy with WordPress design & development then you can try and make one for yourself. But you have to have a very strong knowledge in programing language.

If you have that knowledge then go ahead with hostgator. If you don't, then you should contact a professional to do the job for you.
